Services
Whether your notary work needs to be completed at the last minute, or if you require a mobile notary public agent during an emergency, I am available to meet you at your home, office, or any location that is convenient for you. I also offer document pick up and delivery services anywhere within Orange County.
Acceptable forms of identification are:
* An identification card or driver’s license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles;
* A United States passport; or
* Any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department, if the inmate is in custody in a local detention facility.
The following additional forms of identification may also be used, provided however that they contain a photograph, description of the person, signature of the person, and an identifying number:
* A valid passport from the applicant’s country of citizenship;
* A driver’s license or identification card issued by another state;
* An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the State of California, or an agency or office of a city, county, or city and county in California; or
* An identification card issued by a federally recognized tribal government.Each of the above forms of identification must be current or issued within the last 5 years. Please note that the name on the ID must be exactly the same or longer than the name on the document being signed and notarized.
Two Credible Witnesses may be used when signer does not possess an acceptable form of identification.
* This requires two people who personally know the signer, and each Credible Witness must provide their own acceptable form(s) of Identification. The Credible Witnesses cannot be related to the Signer, nor can they be named in the documents.
Pricing
Fees for Mobile Notary Public Services:
Notarization - $15 per Notarized Signature/ Administered Oath or Affirmation
Travel Fee - $5 to $40 (Range is based on distance and fee is lowered with multiple documents)

Additional fees:
Wait Time - $15 added after 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time and $15 after each 15 minutes thereafter.
We accept debit, credit, cash or check for payment of notary services.
Please note: Travel and wait fees still apply if notarization cannot be performed (for example, due to signer lacking proper ID or notarization requiring rescheduling/cancellation) once Notary has traveled to client’s location.
